Its almost heard at every street corner – ‘Be positive & you have won half the battle’.

Weight & Positivity are not friends – for sure. As we gain weight weight, the light of positive thinking seems to get dim!

But, is there a way to thin and act positive?

YES, IF WE KEEP IT SIMPLE. Lets’ start with some changes to our day to day habits.

  • Eat early dinner
  • Drink water before you go to sleep & drink more once you get up
  • Avoid any white stuff – Sugar, rice, white bread
  • Walk whenever you can – Take stairs instead of elevators!
  • Think good of yourself
  • If clothes don’t fit you. Keep them neatly. Think that one day THEY WILL.

That’s all. Not a great list – but a doable one. These simple changes will turn around your life.
