Most working people I have met say that 50 % of their lives is spent within the office (mentally and physically), 25 % in commute and the rest is shared in weekend parties, family, and social activities.
Can we reverse this percentage?


If we can, then losing weight will be a cinch. But, not all of us get the chance to do that until we retire from work.


Office fat is the fastest gathering fat in the working world. Office weight loss is a challenge for both the employers and employees.

Office Weight loss – The solution

Office weight is like a second marriage. You never know when it is coming until it is in your face. Losing it needs more determination and planning as your livelihood is on the line. Some of the steps that you can shake off this addition are:

  • Use your cube when needed
  • Take 5 minute breaks whenever you can – as long as it doesn’t hurt your work
  • Use the stairs instead of elevators
  • Take part in community work & charity runs
  • Avoid junk food
  • As little pop or Caffeine
  • If possible take a post-lunch walk
  • Don’t take your office to home. Let that be for your wife & kids
  • Enjoy your work – Creativity will burn away calories
