Six pack – Now 8 packs – Rock like — sounds familiar? These are not beer punch lines but are descriptions of a sculpted abdomen. World goes gaga over flat abs.

If you ask professional – They will say.. “No pain, No gain”. The more crunches & grunts you make, the flatter the abs will get.

BUT, ARE THERE SIMPLE THINGS FOR A COMMON MAN TO HAVE HIS FAVORITE ABS?

Here are some simple rules…

  1. Straight Posture – Do not Slouch – Slouching gives your abdomen fat to be indisciplined and accumulate in an ugly way.
  2. Let the whole body be involved – Unilateral focus on one set of muscles will not yield favorable results
  3. Use your tows – Stand on your tows whenever u can and tighten the muscles up to your navel. You can do this anywhere. The fat in the middle will feel the pinch
  4. Exhale whenever you can – Try to align the navel with the spine.
  5. Slow it down – take things slow ….eating, sleeping, drinking….Enjoy it!
  6. Use natural - Avoid cans & Frozen stuff!
